extreme pregnancy fatigue. HELP!!!

currently 23 weeks pregnant and SO EXHAUSTED. to the point where i have zero motivation during the day to do anything. i’m a stay at home mom of two littles (1.5 and 4) and i’m homeschooling my 4 year old, but have been slacking lately because of how tired i am. i feel guilty that i’m not the same mom i used to be to them. i’m usually very involved and play with them, set up daily activities, sensory play, etc. but lately i just find myself on the couch or laying on the floor in the play room while my kids beg me to play with them.

because of this i’ve been hardly cooking. so we’ve been eating unhealthy - which i think is making me feel worse and even more tired.

please please please send any recommendations you have. foods, routines, supplements, anything!!!

i’m so desperate at this point and have not so nice family members telling me i shouldn’t have had another one or “you think you’re tired now…wait until baby is here”
