Pregnancy tips, labor, postpartum
Hello ladies,
I am currently pregnant with my first child. I have been trying to read every thing I can find, youtube it, or set up myself up for a labor class or breastfeeding class. However, I feel even with all this, I can never truly prepare myself for the actual laboring process or for the postpartum healing process and getting to know my child.
Im almost at the end of my first trimester and the vomiting is a killer for me. I tried some sample meds from my doctor and they semi worked for a few days but now I'm back up to 4x or more of vomiting. So if anyone has any tips for this as well...I will try if I havent already.
I know I have some time before I reach the end up but I really like to be as prepared as possible for everything before its to late.
For the women who have already experienced all this, will you share some things with me that you either had to learn on your own or from someone else or from wherever you learned it. Is there something you would or did do differently that helped? Please share with me so I can learn and try to best prepare myself- mentally, physically, and emotionally (or any other ladies who end up in this topic who are also in the first time boat)
