Ovarian drilling success?

I’m going to be getting ovarian drilling surgery done to help my chances with regaining my cycles and ovulating on my own to potentially get pregnant naturally. Anyone have any success stories? Or anything I should prepare for after the procedure? Looking for hope

I've had it done. Post-op I went through 2 timed intercourse cycles with ovulation induction meds, 3 IUIs, 3 egg retreivals and 4 embryo transfers for 1 live birth (also had a MC). I never had a positive pregnancy test without IVF. 
Would I do it again? Absolutely. I have lean PCOS. My LH and androgens were high. I also had 50+ follicles in each ovary so I was completely anovulatory. Everything else was normal. I now have normal labs and cyclyes, and i ovulate regularly! 
Mine was technically an exploratory surgery in which I had bilateral ovarian perforation, endometriosis diagnosed and ablated (what could be reached), a D&C, appendectomy (endo) and an HSG. Recovery was about a month. I took 2 weeks off of work. 
My cycle came back within 3 weeks. I ovulated on my own about 6-8 days post op. Cleared for sex 2 weeks post op. Started Letrozole with the cycle immediately after surgery. I was swollen for about 6 weeks but able to fit back into my jeans around 4 weeks post op. 
Sleep propped up for a few days. Invest in some gas relief meds. Move around a lot after surgery! Take the first day or two to lie around and then get moving- it'll help with recovery tremendously! Wean off pain killers sooner than later. I was on percocet for 1.5 days and took 1 day to wean to Tylenol and Ibuprofen. Get a good heating pad. Drink lots and lots of water.
