Reporting my job

I’m finally doing it. Enough is enough. I work at a daycare and there is a mold problem. I and many other teachers have brought this up to the owner and she has yet to do anything about it. Not only that but sick kids aren’t sent home unless they have a fever (they don’t use proper thermometers). Many members of management and another staff member are extremely rude. An employee also leaves babies in bouncy seats all day and even rocks them and puts them to sleep in them even though that’s against DHR and it’s not safe. Management does not tell her to stop unless they know DHR or corporate is coming which is ridiculous. So many other things are going on and it’s time that it stops. If the place gets shut down then it gets shut down 🤷🏽‍♀️. This is not a safe place for anyone especially young children.
