Extreme anxiety at 38 weeks
Hi all💕
I’m 38 weeks today, with my first baby and have noticed a decline in my mental health over the last few days.. I’m feeling extremely overwhelmed, anxious, and just overall exhausted. I’ve always struggled with anxiety but not to this extreme.
This may sound silly but I’m wondering if there’s anything you guys did to prepare yourself mentally for your first child during the last few weeks of your pregnancy? Anything that helped ease your anxiety? I thought I was so prepared up to this point, I have everything ready for baby that I can think of, I’ve spent hours in prenatal classes, and now all I have is this overwhelming feeling of not being prepared😩
