What is the word for this type of person?

What do you call a person that pays attention to unnecessary details and HAS to point it out

For example.

I sent a payment receipt to a customer and simple wrote “here’s your receipt”

And this person said out loud “you forgot to write payment” “it’s suppose to say here’s your PAYMENT receipt”

She will point out things like that. Things that are unimportant. It’s like it Bugs her. Idk.

It’s like…. I’m sure the customer will know it’s a receipt for the items he purchased regardless if I mention PAYMENT or not.
