6 weeks no heartbeat but yolk sac. Update: I am having a missed miscarriage
I don't know when I became pregnant or how long my cycle is... This is the ultrasound.. is it normal at 6 weeks to not hear a heartbeat?
Thank you for your support and kind words I am having a miscarriage and checked to see the baby still didn't have a heartbeat 😭
I should pass my baby naturally in a few days.
