When to start tracking?

Af just ended and I’m going to track bbt and opk this month but was wondering when to start? Today is cycle day 6 and I’m like to ovulate between cycle days 17-19 according to my obgyn. What cycle day should I start testing?

Answer

Bbt should be done everyday from the beginning of your cycle. Opks when your period is over.
