5 day transfer. What is next?

Hi ladies! I had my 5 day blastocyst transfer on Wednesday. We transferred 2 embryos. I am 41 and except my age no health issues. Just want to ask your success stories 🙂 We are dying for twins but as long as we bless with one healthy baby, we will be over the moon.

I also started to have sorethroat, stiffed nose and little coughing after the day of transfer. I heard IVF cold is very common. Just want to ask your experiences.

I have no symptoms so far. A bit nausea but I believe it is cause of progestrone shots or Estrodiol.
