Implantation bleeding?

Hello today I used the restroom & when i wiped i saw just a smear of blood but it was gone when I wiped again. I had sex without Birth control or condom on the 22nd & have had one day of intense nipple pain a little nausea here an there some pinching in lower stomach & couldn't sleep at all last night. Was that a sign of implantation? & could I be pregnant when do I take a test?
