Advice on medicine I can take
I just found out that I was pregnant and am sick, really congested and coughing, wondering what I can take for this, I'm not able to get a doctors appointment yet considering holidays and then the weekend.. any advice on some medicine to keep me from coughing and being so congested would be greatly appreciated! :))
