Has anyone actually gotten pregnant from precum? Like he didnt cum in you and pulled out but you still got pregnant?

My boyfriend always pulls out plenty early. We haven't had any pregnancy scares. He also pees before sex so his urethra is clear of any living sperm, that way even precum couldn't get me pregnant. 
We use the pull out method when I'm fertile, and he's free to cum in me a few days after I confirm ovulation up until my period. Cycle tracking is a very effective method of contraception.
