someone please help me out….

my baby is 3weeks old and every now and then he’ll have nights were he’s just constantly fussy, I’m not real sure on what to do… this has me stressed to the max I’m a first time mom so I’m not real sure on what to do… his pediatrician told me he could have gripe water but my mommy gut is telling me not to give it too him because he’s so young… I need help on what I can/need to do…
