This hurts

My parents are divorced and every time my husbands mad at me he says my mom and I must be horrible cause my dad didn’t even want us. He’s very emotionally abusive and will say anything to hurt me as deeply as he can. I feel like he’s gonna leave me soon and he’ll say somethings wrong with both my mom and I apparently. We don’t even live near her and she’s not involved in any way. He gets mad and gives me silent treatments every few days for weeks on end over the smallest things ( like not enough spices on his food or I put my shoes too close to his). I know what he says isn’t true but it literally looks that way from the outside.
