Relationship advice

Husband and I have been married for 3 year known each other much longer ….. Tosay we got in a huge fight and I told him I wanted a divorce smh , which I don’t mean it just came out and I feel so bad smh. I love him so much ! And I wish I didn’t say that how do I make it up to him ? And tomorrow is his birthday so I freaking ruined everything smh . We have a 1 year old daughter.
