Pregnancy and 40? 🤷‍♀️

Question

My fiancé and I are older but he would really like to get pregnant. We have no problem getting pregnant and we’re both happy and healthy. 🙏♥️♥️☺️
I’ve read all about the pros and cons, including to risks and rewards. 
I guess I’m looking for opinions and experiences. 
I’m nervous and a little shy about writing about this and sharing, so any word of wisdom would be greatly appreciated!

My fiancé and I are 40, I have 2 children to a previous marriage, he has none. We’ve been trying for a baby since February and was lucky to conceive in may, unfortunately this ended with a missed miscarriage at 8 weeks, we are now trying again. Taking prenatals, eating healthy and enjoying life. Feel free to message if you want to chat x

If you both have no problem getting pregnant then go for it! We never got pregnant on our own and did fertility help in our early 30s. There were plenty of women in the clinic much older than me

I'm 41.....have a 5 year old. Currently 7.5 weeks pregnant (possibly twins). If single, due date 12 days before 42nd birthday....if twins, likely to be delivered earlier. My personal cut off for trying was 42 so this feels like fate! Unexplained infertility (same when trying with first). All pregnancy without IVF.....just luck. IVF cycles unsuccessful. Very early miscarriage 3 years ago.
