Giving toddler milk before bed
Is it bad I give my two year old milk before bed every night? He is off the bottle only sippy cup but I do warm the milk in the microwave about 30 seconds cause he’ll take it warm lol not really sure when to stop because he likes it as part of his routine and won’t sleep without it…
