Prolapse…help 🫠

Soooo I’m pretty sure I’m having a prolapse in my vagina. Doctors appointment on Tuesday. If you look at my vagina, you can see some structure (no idea what it is) that has “fallen” and is covering about 50% of the hole. It looks like it has its own hole itself ? Anyway, I’m pretty uncomfortable as I can’t have sex, I can’t stand for long, I think it’s causing back pain. My 11 month old is also over 30 pounds so it hurts to hold and pick him up and rock him. Has anyone else had this issue? What was the outcome? It literally feels like my insides are going to fall out.
