what's your take?

the grey and the brown are supposed to be different looks.
how do you think they look? which is nicer? I personally feel like the golden compliments my eye better.
Tips are always welcome.. I'm not very knowledgeable about this.

I’m not a make up guru but it looks like you have hooded eyes like myself. The darker color makes your eye look smaller whereas the lighter color doesn’t. Bring the eye shadow higher up on your lid, closer to your brow and it’ll be more noticeable also. Hooded eyes make wearing eyeshadow such a damn chore and nobody would notice we were wearing it if we don’t bring it up higher. I’ve seen some women do a darker shadow around the eyelid then a lighter color on the eyelid with highlighter just under the brow to really brighten it.
