Would you date a man whose working towards his goals?

Question

Say you have kids and want some stability in a partner (because you got your own money too!).
Would you date a man who HAS a job, but hasn’t reached his goal yet? Whose working towards it?
Or would you rather have the man who has it all together?

So, nobody should ever have it all together in my opinion. There should always be a goal to strive for. So technically, it wouldn't exist. You reach a goal, you make a new goal, etc. 
My husband, nor myself had it all together when we got together 10 years ago. He had goals, I had goals, then together we created goals. We supported each other, motivated each other, we reached those goals we individually had and as a couple we had. Created new, met those and continue to keep cresting new goals to meet.
Definitely give someone a chance that has goals and working towards them but hasn't necessarily reached them yet.

Everyone should always have goals. Or what do you mean? He isn’t Chief of a company yet, just vice-president?

Yes I would. I helped my husband get hired in his line of work. I helped him land his dream job and I've supported him in every single step of the way since we were 15.

I would absolutely date a man that is working towards his goals. As a partner, that’s what you do is support them and help them meet that goal even if it’s not physically, but emotionally. My husband didn’t always want to stay where he was and wanted to better himself even though he was already independent and I was in the same boat. We both had goals we wanted to accomplish and as a couple, we built each other up and pushed each other to meet them. I now have a way better paying job and my husband also has a better paying job. He still wants to move further up and I’m happy to continue to support him.
