Erectile disfunction?

So my fiance and I are trying to get pregnant. I really want it so we are gonna try to do it almost everyday this week. The issue is we had 2 rounds in the same day(first time in years) and we were drunk but he couldnt actually ejaculate! He has this issue every time he gets too drunk. Do other men experience this? Or women who's partner is male? If so any idea on how to make him go? He even tries to jack off and nothing. And is this erectile disfunction?
