Vaginismus

I’m 18, still a virgin, i’ve been diagnosed with vaginismus when I was 17 and now to present date: I was offered to do physical therapy for vaginismus, but learning what they do to you scared me so bad i backed off, for years ive been wanting to become sexually active and feel like a grown up. :/ i have an appointment on the 4th about talking to her about other options. I’m scared that she wont give me other treatment options because i refuse the physical therapy. Has anyone else battled with this??? What are other options i could possibly take??
