HSV-2 advice!
So I’m currently on Valacyclovir for 10 days. I’m on day 6 and two days ago I started feeling some slight tingling/itching it’s very minor I just feel it once I actually pay attention to it. I have been stressed so maybe that could’ve been the cause. I’ve been using vinegar to wash and I applied coconut oil today. I want to try daily antivirals to prevent further outbreaks & transmission. Anyone have any advice to what I could do?
