Is this normal to spot a few times a month ?
I pump usually 5-7 times a day. I am 14 weeks ppd!! I spotted a few weeks ago for a few days and now started spotting again… is it normal for that to happen when breastfeeding/pumping? I have never pumped with my other kids.
