Too much sex = no good semen?

Question

I’m wondering if anyone has gotten pregnant having sex everyday. My husband likes to have sex everyday or ejaculate. I’m afraid that is hurting our chances of having a baby. He also does the steam room everyday too and drinks a lot of caffeine. No drinking or smoking for either of us. We’ve been trying for awhile. 1 miscarriage a year ago.

My husband and I used to have sex everyday and we got pregnant every time once a day is perfectly fine we are actually planning our baby boy I am hoping it's a baby boy because we have all girls four beautiful girls when you come off your menstrual cycle start taking ovulation test I am only on cycle day 10 and I have a positive ovulation test I am super excited start taking them regular right after your menstrual cycle once you get a positive opk have a lot of sex 🍼🍼

If you are in your 20s every day is fine. If you are in your 30's , some Docs say every other day.  Apparently the quality is better if you aren't ejaculating daily as a man.

If it’s been a year, I strongly suggest you both get fertility blood work done. Sperm analysis for him and hsg for you. When we were working with our clinic they said to actually try to do it every day during our fertility window. I used clear blue advanced opks and we were both on clomid at the time.

Having sex everyday (as long as it’s not more than once) is fine if sperm counts are healthy. Has he had a semen analysis? If counts are low it’s recommended not to have sex more often than every other day during the fertile window to allow time for sperm levels to regenerate. But if his counts are normal then once a day is fine.

Heat from the steam room can damage the proper development of his swimmers.  Definitely have him cut back on that.

Do it whenever you guys are up for it.  My one cousin is a fertility doc and she's said that after male ejaculates 2 hours later have sex again something about better swimmers.  Can't remember exactly but I do remember she said if trying to do 2 hrs later lol.  I've known lots who do it everyday and they have 2 plus kiddos.   If you are nowhere near 35 then try for a year then go talk to a fertility dr or if you are 35 and up try for 6 months and if you guys don't become pg go see specialist.

Ha balls could be heating up too much. That’s what happened to myself and my husband. He iced his balls and we got pregnant. But please go get seen it could be something else or that.
