DAYCARE HELP. Does this look like a bite mark?

This was 2 years ago & I recently looked again & he has a scar.

He’s attending the same daycare & when I asked about it (when it happened), they told me they didn’t know how he got it.

Now I’m curious if it was a bite mark because that must’ve been a very hard bite.

edit- Definitely not a burn (at least from outside) since it happened in the middle of December. (I live in Wisconsin😅)
