PUPPS rash!

Ladies I need help! I have a very severe case of PUPPS, its literally everywhere except palms and soles of hands and feet. I even have it on my eyelids! This is extremely painful and itchy. I pretty much can't function. Only getting 1-2 hours of sleep per day. Its blistering now.

I also have extremely sensitive skin to begin with... I've tried eucarin heavy duty cream, pine tar soap, oatmeal baths with baking soda, ice packs, aloe vera with and without the added in lidocaine, hydrocortisone cream, rubbing banana peels on it... I can't take allergy meds. So far nothing has even touched it or helped at all. Any suggestions? I'm desperate only 34 weeks so a while before baby is born...
