Spotting at 12 weeks

Hi! I’m 12w3d. I had an ob appointment Monday and we took a quick look at baby- kicking around and moving, doctor was happy with what she saw. I’m currently dealing with either a slipped disc or pinched joint and can’t really walk. Today I woke up to some bright red spotting. No cramping or anything. I called nurse line and they said I shouldn’t worry since it’s not super heavy and we just saw baby Monday. We had stillborn twins in February so everything makes us nervous. Anyone else have bright red spotting and everything was ok?
