Make up doesn’t stay on all day? -EDIT!!

Question

My makeup only lasts about 3 hours and I have no idea what I’m doing wrong. 
I use primer, foundation, eyeshadow, eye liner, and a setting spray.  
The foundation fades quickly then the eye shadow.  The only thing that holds up is the eye liner.
Could it just be my skin? 
What can I do to make it last longer
People asking what I’m using- 
Primer-  Laura geller
Foundation- Nars
Eye shadow-  too faced (about two years old tho)
Setting spray-  NYX (also old, maybe about 3 years old) 
I moisturize with neutrogena hydro boost when I wake up, do makeup about an hour later

It can be a bunch of things. Poor quality makeup or the wrong products for your skin type

I found that my make up works better when I use all the same brand. I have a few deviations, but I usually use the same brand primer, foundation, contour, blush and eyeshadow. Once I started practicing a thorough skin care routine I also noticed my make up applied easier and lasted longer. I’ve also found cleaning my brushes regularly helps too.

Maybe the bases of your products aren't working together. 
Water-based primers go with water-based foundations.
Silicone-based primers go with silicone-based foundations.
You just have to research a little to see what you have & adjust accordingly
