Okay you guys.. do NOT come for me, I know cold sores are not that big of a deal, I get cold sores in my nose BUT I do not touch them, I clean area with q-tips and I always wash my hands after cleaning the area.. I have three kids all under the age of 7 so I couldn’t imagine touching it and then picking one of my kids up… my best friend gets them as well BUT she’s been getting them one after another here lately and I’m honestly scared to go over to her house bc she constantly touches them, and never washes her hands… her little girl is sick and I can’t help but they maybe she’s spreading it.. does this make me sound over dramatic? Shouldn’t she be more careful? Isn’t that how it spreads?
