High blood pressure but no protein on urine

My blood pressure is high 140/91 for the first time ever, I’m 26 weeks 2 days, my doctor isn’t concerned about preeclampsia since they tested my urine and there’s no protein, no other symptoms, no swelling, no headaches, no blurry vision, the only thing I noticed is this week I’ve had 2 anxiety attacks, idk why but I’m anxious about everything, has anyone experience this and their blood pressure went down? Were you able to deliver naturally? Did you had to have a c section? Did you deliver early? I’m just so scared, I’ve been trying to stay active and eat healthy and now this 😭 thanks in advance
