Medical assistant or dental assistant ?

Heyyy, I’m 26 years old & I just had my first kid last November. I have been thinking about my career heavy because these call center jobs is not worth it. I was looking into dental assistant & medical assistant.. do y’all think it’s to late for me to start school for this because of my age. I was also thinking about CNA program , but I feel as tho that’s PCA work & I can get a job for that with out paying for a program .. I want to be certified in something. I may be going to hard on myself but I feel as tho I shoulda been had this planned out . But it is what it is I guess 😫
