Would this count as period days or no?

You would think I would know after having a period for 14 years but… Would I count the 2 days of light spotting I’ve had as period days or no? It’s not enough to get on anything but the TP when I wipe. My cycles have been 5 days long & day 5 is when the bleeding pretty much stopped but I’m on cycle day cycle day 7 & I’ve had extremely light spotting since CD5.

If it’s relevant, I’m almost 4 months PP. I’ve never experienced spotting immediately after a period before. Once I hit CD5 my period has always just… shut off. Like no blood at all on CD6.
