What the actual fuck is happening

I’m 7 days late I was supposed to have it by now I took a pregnancy test and it came out negative I do starve myself/ puke out my meals I know when you don’t eat it won’t come but I’m not sure if it’s due to me not eating or if I am pregnant and the test was wrong I’m really worried since abortion laws might change and I wouldn’t be able to get rid of it I’m not ready to be a mom and I live off paycheck from paycheck and I have epilepsy and it’s really bad and I would feel awful if my child gets it from me I’m scared
