Naturally surging should I still take Trigger shot before IUI?

Went in today for monitoring and bloodwork. Doctor just called and said I’m surging naturally already so I don’t need to trigger and I have to come in tomorrow for my IUI #3. The anxious person in me still wants to trigger tonight just in case. Also because I have it and paid for it. What y’all think?

I wouldn’t trigger especially if you’re doing the actual iui tomorrow. Timing is everything with iui. Trigger shots are usually good for 60 days so if you need it next cycle you already have it.

I would listen to your dr. You can always use the trigger shot another time if needed or donate it. I wouldn’t do anything against what my dr tells me.
