Big boobs and get clogged ducts constantly

I’m struggling with clogged ducts almost weekly. My baby is right over a month old. What can be causing this? I’ve been taking 3-4 capsules of sunflower lecithin A DAY and that’s not even helping I’m still getting it. I massage my breast so much. Take hot showers nightly. Everything I can to prevent and I still get them. My boobs are so big it’s so hard to massage them out. They feel huge. Can it be because I have big boobs?
