I have this in every pregnancy I swear! Just never seem to have got a answer...

I'm 7 weeks pregnant and I keep coming over very dizzy and sicky like I'm going to pass out. I feel weird all in my body and tingly!!

Does this sound normal? I've been drs with my first and second baby they just put it down to hormones. I'm not concerned too much but I'm thinking I could genuinely suffer with low blood pressure etc and maybe that should be checked! Any advice?
