Advice please?

How much should me and my bf have saved up before we move out? We live in MS so the rent here isn’t too crazy. We have a couple thousand saved as of rn.

Answer

Depends on how much it’s gonna be to move initially, down payment or deposit. Will you still have steady income coming in? Do you have enough to be able to get the things you need right away to survive. You don’t wanna have just barley enough to get started because it’s incredibly hard to get ahead, especially right now
