wow this past few days have been hell

so on monday my daughter woke up a little after 10 pm (was in bed since 7:30) saying she had a belly ache… i know she likes to fight sleep and stall so i just told her to go back to bed… about 30 mins later she was crying saying it really hurts… i told her to try go to go the bathroom see it it helps, she tried but was still saying it hurt… i gave her pain medicine and laid in bed with her for a while… she doze off for a bit then around 11 she woke up screaming… so my husband took her to the er and by the time they got seen it was almost 2 am and they found out she had appendicitis and her appendix had burst and she had to have emergency surgery. i feel so guilty for not trying to see sooner that she was really in pain and in need of medical attention…

my husband stayed with her through the night and the next morning after i dropped off the younger kids off to school i went to join them, she looked in so much pain in there breaks my heart i feel so bad
