Posible pregnancy or crazy cicle??)

On October I got my period for three days on the first week and since then I’ve been spotting some days black and some days light pink. Also, after the three days period a week passed with spotting and then I had three days period I think(it was the same as the first week) and then the story repeated on Wednesday and it ended today🫠 My breast are really sore, they are bigger, my navel hurts and it’s really painful 😓 I have been eating a lot and I’m desperate of what it could be.
