Am i in the wrong here?

Hi i’m looking for some advice.

So basically my boyfriend and i were in bed and he showed me an instagram post of this girl who he said he went to school with and it was a clear thirst trap and she was like half naked touching her boobs etc etc. i said why do you even still follow her if you don’t like it and he got defensive immediately and told me i’m toxic and extremely unfair towards him for asking him to unfollow her. he said he’s followed her since he was in school with her years ago so why should he.

he repeatedly told me i was toxic and he was really rude about it when i don’t feel that i have done anything wrong. Please advice me on what to do next as i feel that i am stuck. We’ve been together for 3 years and to be labelled as toxic over that was really really upsetting.
