Can you see pictures in your mind?

Like when a meditation tape tells you to close your eyes and imagine you’re on the beach or something, can you see it? Or your family members face for another example?

Most people can/do. It's called Aphantasia of you can't.

While meditating or relaxing,  A process at work that has multiple touch points and steps....no....I need to see it all drawn out.

Nope. Never have been able to. Unless you show me a picture or draw me a sketch. I will not be able to "see" it.

I think in pictures, connotations, and emotions.  So thinking about images and views are easy. Thinking in words are harder for me.
