Pinched nerve??

This may sound very stupid but I went shopping today and my arm is really messed up right now. It woke me up. I'm kind of worried. It feels like I have lost blood circulation in my arm and a pinched nerve.

I just got a pinched nerve i believe it is. I slept on my arm wrong I think. I have numbness and tingling in my pinky and ring finger for about 4 days now. Not sure if it will go away on its own but it hurts at the tips of those fingers sometimes 😭 my pinkybis having a hard time bending too when I do it locks in place almost but I can move it back straight. I'm just trying not to bend it in case it makes it worse. Just makes it hard for me to type for school work.
