12dpo af coming or late implantation?

What is going on here? This morning I woke up and noticed a big bbt dip and assumed af was coming typically when I get my period (it is irregular) it always comes 12dpo, I had really bad period cramps this morning and very watery discharge like period was coming but nothing has happened and now cramps have gone away. Also I noticed yesterday my cervix was high and firm and today it is softer and really high, it is really weird for me to get cramps and my period not to come that same day. Am I out or is there still hope?
