Heavy Bleeding

Has anyone ever had heavy ovulation bleeding and conceived successfully that cycle?

I am 1DPO, and started bleeding this morning. I do have irregular cycles, ectropion cervix, and I tend to spot on and off throughout my cycle sometimes. Can you have somewhat heavy ovulation bleeding??

Just concerned that this is why I’m not conceiving, and I’m hoping Im not having a 14 day cycle either.

I’ve had lots of bloodwork and ultrasounds and everything is normal. I do have a saline infusion sonohysterography scheduled to rule out polyps next month.
