Bleeding 9 weeks

2nd pregnancy. 9 weeks tomorrow

First ultrasound was at 7 weeks 2 days and heartbeat was 158. I went to the bathroom today and when I wiped there was blood. I sat there for a little while to see if any more was going to come out but nothing that I could see or feel. I wiped it up and put a pad on. It’s been 3 hours and nothing on the pad but light brown/pink when I wipe. No cramps or other symptoms.

The picture is the brightest and most that I got from the first wipe. Every wipe after that was lighter and not as red. More pink/light brown.

Any experiences similar and had a good outcome?
