Light bleeding 5 weeks 4 days

Was running around with my kids for a bit this afternoon, when I got home and went to bathroom this is what I found. No cramping, put on a pad and only had very light spotting/staining on pad with small amounts red bleeding on toilet paper. I plan to go for hcg level tomorrow, part of my problem is I don't have an ob at this time (old one quit and new one hasn't taken over for this pregnancy yet). Had a miscarriage earlier this year and molar in 2020, only had bleeing or spotting with the miscarriage. Someone please give me some hope, that they had spotting/bleeding like this and still ended up keeping the pregnancy. I'm so scared!
