Anyone have PID from untreated std?

How long does it take for a woman to develop PID from a untreated std? I had a std from a guy that was my friend for 5 years. We didn’t have any sexual relations until we became fwb in April of this year. We started a fwb relationship at the end of April and In June I was positive for

chlamydia. I was treated and retested and was negative.I know I made a mistake of not using condoms. Him and I are not friends anymore. My now fiancé and I are trying to have a baby together we time intercourse with ovulation every month. i track ovulation with bbt and opks. I have a 18 month old and a 8 month old son. He has 3 children from a previous relationship so I know he can have children. So I think maybe my tubes are blocked from PID. Please no rude comments!!!
