Late Loss

For those who have experienced particularly late term loss in pregnancy, is there anything you wish people had said or done (or not said or done) in comforting you?

I have a good friend from my first pregnancy, we had our girls within two weeks of each other, and then we got pregnant around the same time again. I’ve just had my baby, and she received the news recently at 30w that her baby has conditions incompatible with life and won’t survive delivery. I’m absolutely heartbroken for her family and I want to make sure I am as sensitive as possible.
