Constant dizziness all day… exclusive pumping
I am 3 months post partum and I’m pumping 6-8 times a day. I am constantly dizzy even though I drink about 3-4 liters of water a day and I eat good food. I have no idea why I’m suddenly dizzy I feel like I’ll pass out specifically when walking around or going to shop etc. anyone else experience the same thing ?
